Our plans

Our association aims at building a green energy production and supply system,for all rural villages through Romanian Communes' Association, the energy needed for schools, kindergartens, cultural units, medical units, units of worship, local public lighting and any other social benefit unit, in rural areas. It will also be provided with clean energy supply, through Romanian City's Association, all education units subordinated to the City Council. Modern heating and ventilation systems will be complementary to the existing systems for maximum efficiency of their ambient locations.

The goal will be achieved by using wind potential of the north plateau of Bargau Mountains, properties of the communes' in the association, and other potential wind sites in Romania, under the administration of municipalities, which already have high-voltage network reach (we consider TV relays, weather stations and tourist resorts with high-voltage network, at over 1500 m). The main goals are development of wind farms with total capacity of 450 MW: 250MW in Dobrogea (Tulcea and Constanta) and the rest in mountain areas accessible, proposed by municipalities of ACOR. A 30 MW photovoltaic park in the area where the land will provide facilities and networks, is also in our plans.

Partner municipalities have already made available to the association, by concession, over 60 kilometers of ridge road, access to heights between 900-1670 meters.

We propose also using the hydrological potential of the river Somesul Mare by re-drafting the 1978 project "Parva-Salva" with the accumulation Parva, mouth Salve, and two more hydropower plants at Beclean and Dej.

Besides the above, we have in mind also the rivers: Tisa, Mures Tirnave, Aries, Olt, Buzau, Prahova Milcov, Rimnic, Putna, Siret, Moldova, Prut, which we intend to achieve a hydraulic mechanism capable of producing hydropower electricity, to eliminate flooding and lack of water to avoid the extreme drought in major cities, pumping water from one river to another, following major highway routes.

• Pilot projects will call for a public-private partnership between the Association and five local entrepreneurs, who have made measurements of wind and have the availability of investments in this area.

Functioning at maximum efficiency will be ensured by a central computer program, starting automatically heating in schools, kindergartens, social location, cultural and public lighting, based on hydro and wind forecasts available for three days. We will use meteorological information and programs in collaboration with Emergency Situations Inspectorate (ISU), we will achieve a discharge of clouds in the large accumulations areas of large and furnished hydrological catchment forests, in the hydropower arranged area, and an automatic warning and starting warning bells in churches system, in case of red code allerts, on a well established and supervised area weather, in collaboration with local authorities, National Meteorology and Hidrology Institute (INMH) and ISU.
